In line with government advice regarding the Coronavirus outbreak, we have taken the decision to work from home from Wednesday 18 March until further notice. Therefore, from then we will not be available in the office for visitors.
Beyond that it will be business as usual. We would like to reassure you that we have procedures in place to continue providing all of our usual services.
As previously planned as a contingency, all staff are set up at home to fully access our office systems.
Please continue to call the office number as usual. This will be redirected to a dedicated member of staff. We will also be available of course on the usual email addresses.
This will impact on the following areas –
1 – Face to face meetings, which will be avoided at present and replaced with telephone conference calls, to be diarised in the same way
2 – Receipt of paper records. Please provide records digitally where you can, but we can arrange collection or delivery downstairs at the office with prior arrangement
